"I have trouble addressing an audience because I rely heavily on one-to-one feedback. With an audience, the feedback isn't so easy to pick up on. I lose track of what I'm saying when I look out at the multitude of faces quitely listening. Toastmasters is a great venue for making little practice speeches in front of an understanding crowd.

'Go ahead, make mistakes' I tell myself, 'that's what we're all here for, to try."
