PLAYBOY

Shel wrote for adults as well as children ("but before I die, there's a dirty book I'm gonna write!") And Playboy™ Cartoons!  Yes, all those cartoons in Playboy™ were done by Shel.  The whole thing goes way back to 1956 when he first met Hugh Hefner.

Not only did he conjure up the monthly cartoon, but several articles, poems, stories and adult versions of his children's work have all been featured in Playboy™ as well.

This must have been scanned from a page in a really
 old issue of Playboy™ Magazine.
I received it, however, as a passed-around email.  
The friend who sent it to me knew nothing of Shel Silverstein.
