Here are the rules your site _has_ to pass. I usually don't make any acceptions. ~DBZ-HQ Admin.

#1. You must have a DBZ/Anime based site.
#2. You must get at least 100 hits a day, or more.
#3. You must put my link to one of your affiliation spots on every page.
#4. NO HENTAI or PORN!!! I will not link or accept any sites with that on them.
#5. Your site must have _lots_ of info ready and easy to use. Nice layouts help alot.
#6. A nice webmaster. I like nice people. No cursing and that stuff. Gotta be nice.
#7. Must follow as many of the rules as possible.
