GEMSTONE HEALING : An A-Z of Symptoms
This list is by no means comprehensive but the crystals and precious stones mentioned here can provide help and assistance when afflicted with either physical ailments and/or issues of the psyche.

From my own personal experience - and in talking with people who have successfully received healing from their gemstones - I have found that the most effective way to use any gemstone for healing purposes is to wear it as close to the skin as possible.
Some people like to 'hide' their gemstones beneath their outer clothing but many people prefer to wear their chosen gemstone around their neck on a silver or gold plated chain.
Gemstones may also be simply held in the hand while watching television or reading a favourite book or magazine. The healing energies of your chosen gemstone(s) will then be gently absorbed into your physical and mental bodies while you are relaxing.
You may also like to place your gemstone under your pillow at night, allowing the energies of the stone to gently penetrate your subtle body while you are asleep,
Certain stones can help you to develop your spiritual abilities and gifts.
Use an amethyst, for example, in developing your intuitive awareness; a lapis lazuli for acquiring wisdom and truth and a moonstone for obtaining humanitarian love and sensitivity. Use your gemstones wisely in the pursuit of all your ambitions and needs.
Be aware, however, that your gemstones can never become miracle workers! They need your loving care and attention, and your mental attunement with their unique properties and energies if you are to obtain the best results and your gemstones are truly going to be of help you!
