June 11: Report on the Rain Date -20 again!

20 pug dogs -

Tiberius ; China ; Cubby ; Ellie ;
Scotia ; Samson and Dalilah; Onslow ;
Barnaby and Digby ; Dallas, Zooma and Jodi ;
Teddy ; Winston ; Bonnie and Buster ;
Nate ; Donny ; and Pugger
were there !

Facts:

The youngest pug was Donny, at "almost 6 months";
twin pugs Bonnie and Buster are 6 months, plus a week.

The oldest pug was Dallas, at 5 1/2 years.

Tobik Travel Award
went to

Samson and Dalilah
brought by Judy, Mike and Amanda from Spencerville, Ontario.

The person who travelled the farthest was Meredith, from Toronto,
to be with her Tiberius this weekend.

Afterthoughts:

We had 20 pugs and about 45 of their intrepid people
at the * first * Ottawa PugNic, June 3rd, 2001. I'm still amazed.

The next week, on our designated Rain Date/Play Hour
we saw 20 pugs again,
6 returnees and 14 brand new pugs.
