- Unzip the Skin you downloaded into a new folder(same as the Skin name)
- inside the Skins folder C:\\Program Files\ICQ Plus\Skins
- Don,t forget ONE folder per Skin!
- Then open your ICQ main panel
- Click on the PLUS button in the upper right hand corner in title bar
- Now you can select the Skins
