Every time local auditions were held, AJ, Howie and Nick who were from the same high school bound to be there. They did not know each other in the first place, but became friends very soon and three of them found that they had the same interest and decided to start a band, roping in Kevin and Brian who were cousins. They also admitted that because three of them are good friends and two are family, had helped them a lot in producing good music.
