What is a good anime without music? Pretty dang boring but thankfully, the producers and directors and what-not knew that and added some. ^^ Yay! Due to lack of sources and funding, I haven't been able to get my hands on all the CDs out there but I can at least list them all nee~? ^^ I'm sure some of the other KKJ sites already have the first opening and ending song so I'll probably only put the 2nd series ones on here. Enjoy!

Piece of Love
by Shazna
(FIRST OPENING SONG)
TODT-5281 Toshiba-EMI Ltd. in Japan © 1999

Tracklist
1)  Piece of Love [TV MIX]
2)  Nightmare
3)  Piece of Love [NATURAL VERSION]
4)  Piece of Love [NON-VOCAL VERSION]

Comments
No folks, this is not the first Ranma ½ movie - Big Trouble in Nekonron, China ending song. But I'm sure ya knew that already so I'll get on with the actual comments now. ^^; Personally, I like the TV Mix a lot better than the Natural Version. It's a bit too mellow sounding to me. The single also comes with an omiyage* mini poster that has the members of Shazna on one side (it's so scary how girly Izam is. It just is I tell ya.) and Jeanne on the other side, along with the lyrics for both Piece of Love and Nightmare. I would've scanned it but the creases are killer on my copy. Gomen! >_<

haruka . . .
by Pierrot
(FIRST ENDING SONG)
TODT-5277 Toshiba-EMI Ltd. in Japan © 1999

Tracklist
1) haruka . . .
2) haruka . . . [INSTRUMENTAL]

Comments
Haruka translates into English as far away or long ago. Either way I think both fit the song (or at least what -very- little I can understand of it) and the images of the ending sequences. I actually like haruka . . . over Piece of Love because...well...I don't know... I guess I'm more of a rock kinda person at heart than a pop one. ^^; I just love the opening strums of the electric guitar! Although from a friend, I've heard that Piece of Love does a better job of sounding poetic than haruka . . . but that's just what I've heard. Either way, definately check this one out! It also came with a little omiyage* sticker shown below.

I love it I love it I love it! Did I mention I love it? ^^; Man! The music is just getting better and better in this series! (Now if only they would expand the color palette and the clothes they wear! >_<) I -finally- got this single after asking just about every place I know of and even a friend that was in Japan and I absolutely love it (still). I finally had a chance to see the opening animation and yes, that's right, I absolutely love it! I wish I had the ability to make a movie of it but I don't. Gomen nasai. T.T It came with an omiyage* extra back cover shown below and a trading card of Lastier.

[SECOND ENDING SONG]
POCH-1875 Polydor K.K. in Japan © 1999

Tracklist
1)  Till The End ~ Owaranai Ai O ~
2)  Let Me Groove
3)  Till The End ~ Owaranai Ai O ~ [ACOUSTIC VERSION]
4)  Till The End ~ Owaranai Ai O ~ [INSTRUMENTAL VERSION]

Comment
Wai! I went to SJ Yaohans (I think they call it something else now though. o.o;) and was very happy to find the single there underneath Hibiki (not D+Shade to my surprise.) but in thanks to Pam, I'm keeping her scans up. ^^ As for the song itself, I have to say that I still like haruka . . . better. The animation for this one isn't as nice as haruka...'s either but is still rather pretty. I just love those opening chords of it! This one is still really pretty though. This is definately more j-popish rather than j-rock. I like the slow acoustics inbetween. For some reason it makes me think of 80's songs like Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough and what-not. Definately something to check out! I can only guess that the acoustic version is even more beautiful. ^^

Argh! I had this right in my hands and I ended up buying something else thinking they would probably get it again. [PROVERBIAL MALLET TO HEAD] Oh well...fortunately one of my friends got it and I was able to listen to most of the tracks and from what I could remember all the songs were pretty good. Even the sugar basted one's of Fin. ^^;; We were a little disappointed to find that Kuro Tenshi Access Time didn't get any time on the CD though. Oh well...maybe volume II! [SETTLE HINT TO PRODUCERS] It's been a while since I've heard it so you might want to ask my friend (from who I got the track info from) for her opinion here.
