I decided to create this award to help celebrate love on the Web.
In order to win this award, you must have a web site that celebrates some aspect of love, must have a no more than PG rating, must be fun and interesting, and easy and fast to load. No misogyny or racism will be tolerated. Also, under construction signs are an immediate disqualifier. I prefer the pages to be fast-loading. While interesting graphics are nice, I get extremely bored waiting for them to show up, and I have a tendency to press the stop button. This award will be given out whenever I feel a page truly deserves it.
To apply, all you have to do is sign my guestbook. Please be specific, as I may not be as loving to those whom I am not convinced have even bothered to look at my page. Please e-mail me if you have any questions.
