BACK
AT LAST!
Remember
reading that Black Doll-E-Zine was scheduled to
cease publication with one final issue?
Well... this is the final issue of Black
Doll-E-Zine. However, due to encouragement to
keep the first and only e-zine devoted to Black dolls
alive and well, a decision has been made to continue
publication of The
Black Doll-E-Zine. Instead
of four issues per year, the e-zine will be streamlined
to two per year, but it will remain in publication.
The plan is to publish an issue in the first and
final quarters of each year -- a semiannual
production. In this issue,
it is with great pleasure and honor that an artist
profile of original doll artist, Goldie Wilson, is
included. If you are not already familiar with
Goldie Wilson, you will become familiar with her after
reading her profile. You will also want to own at
least one of her beautiful original dolls.
In
our collector's profile, an entertaining male's perspective on
Black-doll collecting is shared.
The
Doll in the Spotlight column should also be quite
entertaining; and we hope that the Doll News and Doll
Care articles are as enlightening as they have been in
past issues.
So
relax and enjoy the Fall/Winter 2004
issue of The
BDE!
