Unlike most companies who charge a rate based on how long they take to do the transcribing, we charge a 'per recorded minute' charge. In doing this, you know exactly how much the total fee will be from the beginning.
We have three fees that are based on a 'per recorded minute', how many people are recorded and the quality of recording.
$1.50/minute: Two people and well-recorded
$2.00/minute: Two people and background noise; Three people;
Poorly recorded
$3.00/minute: Panel discussion;
Conference calls;
Multiple individuals
CD's, DVD's, cassette tapes, microcassette tapes, VHS tapes can be mailed to us and will be returned at your request.
A copy of the transcript will be sent to you via e-mail or fax and/or a hard copy can be mailed to you.
Pick up and delivery available the areas of Delaware and Maryland.
