S------ S------, 18, was picked up on CCTV cameras carrying out the attack on the tethered pony as he staggered home from the pub. Newcastle Crown Court heard today how S-------, of --------, had sex with the pony for about two minutes early on September 8 last year. S------- denied two offences and the Crown Prosecution Service accepted his guilty plea to outraging public decency at an earlier hearing. S------- was given a 12 months' conditional discharge. |
