The MPEG
Working Group
The home page of the MPEG working group (a working comittee of
the ISO/IEC). The MPEG Working group is responsible for developing
the MPEG-4 standard. This page provides a good overview of the full
scope of the MPEG-4 standard, and the current state of MPEG-4 on the
standards track.

SoundFont collections available for purchase from EMU Systems.
Particularly recommended is the "EMU8100-04CD General
MIDI" SoundFont CD, that contains the 8MB GM/GS compatible
SoundFont bank that I currently use (USD$20).
