We will not go through the entire compensation plan now, but it is important to remember that your retail income can jump from 5 to 25% on Logic Nutrition sales once you become a TEAM LEADER with Escape . You also qualify for the PHASE-1 Bonus of 25% for all open line revenue,along with earning through four levels of your referrals and extended referrals.

The requirements for becoming a TEAM LEADER are $100 Personal Qualifying Revenue, $500.00 Group Qualifying Revenue.

Example: You get $100.00 in sales and recruit 4 others to do the same with each having $100.00 in sales for a total of $500.00 in your fist month, or you alone market $500.00 in sales, including either WEBPRO sales or Logic Nutrition sales,you qualify for the next month as a TEAM LEADER .

¤dHASE-1 BonusE(For Team Leaders And Above)

Escape is providing a fantastic opportunity for all representatives at team leader and above to dramatically increase their revenue. In addition to the residual income received from your PQR and GQR, you have the potential to earn an additional PHASE-1 Bonus of 25% of your entire {vpenEdownline.  If you`le PHASE-1 revenue exceeds $500, you qualify. Itôu that simple!  To allow for this incentive the effective commissionable revenue used to qualify for the bonus will be reduced by 50%. This will reduce the royalty payout to the upline as well as yourself. All bonus (with the exception of this PHASE-1 bonus) and qualifications will be based on the reduced commissionable calculations

NOTICE:  Escape has opened its Presidential Director Revenue Sharing Pool during its Pre-launch to anyone who attains the position of National Director by launch day in January of 2002.

This means you can share in 2% of all company revenues each business quarter for the life of Escape International, even if you never achieve the Presidential Director rank.

Revenue Sharing Pool
Escape's Revenue Sharing Pool is designed to "Give Back" to those who are seriously committed to developing their Escape business. A percentage (2%) of all autoship orders will be placed into a pool. Each quarter, starting end of 4th quarter, 2001, all qualified recipients will be entitled to disbursements from the pool. The entire pool will be split according to a representative's performance, length of time in company, current billing, etc. To qualify, a representative must reach the position of Presidential Director.

PRE LAUNCH SPECIAL PROMOTION

Anyone who reaches and maintains the position of National Director on or before the company's official launch date (4th Qtr. 2001), will be grandfathered into this pool as a "Founder Pool Participant" and receives disbursements as if they had already qualified for Presidential Director. They will continue to receive a distribution for as long as they maintain the position of National Director and do not violate any of Escape International, LLC Polices and Procedures. Founder Pool Participants are not entitled to receive another spot in the pool once they reach Presidential Director (just a larger share of the pool due to performance)
