Submit Intense Tracks

Here is the lists of steps you must take to submit any of your intense tracks:

1. Send an email to the Webmaster and include the following (Your name or creator, name of track, type of track, intensity rating)
2. Attach the track in a .zip file in an email. You can get zipping utilities at Winzip.
3. Please include your email address to be included with the intense track.
