Foster Parent Procedures
STEP 1: Go to the Neopets Adoption Agency and pick out a Pet that you would like to Foster. STEP 2: Neomail Buffy_charmed_freaks with the pet’s name, species, color, complete stats, and any abilities. STEP 3: You will receive a Foster Care Kit to help you take care of the Pet at the end of each month that you have the pet. STEP 4: When someone decides to adopt your pet, they will neomail you. It will be up to you to decide if the person is fit to adopt it. You two will set up a time and date to leave the pet at the Neopets Adoption Agency for the adoptive parents to pick up. STEP 5: After you are done neomail Buffy_charmed_freaks to notify us that your pet is not up for adoption anymore. And also tell us who adopted it. REMEMBER!: If you decide to foster a pet, you must take care of it till someone adopts it. Make sure that you are prepared financially to take of it like it were your own. We will be providing Care Kits but it will not be able to feed the pet forever.
Adoption Procedures
STEP 1: When you choose a pet from below, neomail the foster parent, they will decide if you are a sutible parent. You two will then set up a time and date for you to pick up your new pet. Be prompt, for once it is submitted to the Neopets Adoption Agency, anyone can adopt it. STEP 2: Neomail Buffy_charmed_freaks with the name of the pet that you have adopted. We will send you a One time only Adoption Care Pack.
