to Tom Wilkers, legislative aide in Sheriff Jenne’s office. He was not aware of Paternity Fraud, and
has promised to examine the issues and David Ziskind’s case file. Sheriff
Jenne has been very vocal about the use of DNA to free convicted criminals,
and is in the forefront of the movement to allow DNA evidence to be used, even
in cases that have already been closed. |
