This page was created to help teachers and parents find appropriate Character Education materials on the Web. This information needs to be available to the widest Net audience so I used Self-Control ;-) and avoided frames, Java animations and proprietary styling codes. In plain English, this means that you can see this page on older text-only browsers.
I listed the resources using Cobb County Public Schools' schedule of monthly value topics and weekly Character Words. The listings include:
There are already lots of resources listed; however, I am still cataloging items for the various categories! If you want to find something for a topic that isn't listed yet, try Helen's Bookmarks under Resources. These bookmarks are not organized into topic and word listings, but they are extensive.
If you still can't find what you're looking for, send a description of the information you need to my Email address and be sure to put Character Ed. Research Request in the Subject line. I'll try to find it for you, but I can't guarantee that I'll be able to answer every request.
I plan to post new listings in periodic updates to the page so you may find what you need if you if you return to visit occasionally.
