Copyright Restrictions

While I offer these themes to users of the various programs they are made for, I do own the copyright on them. While it didn't take as long as the Mona Lisa to create, I still put my time and effort into these images and would appreciate the credit for doing so.

If you would like to offer one of these themes for download, I would prefer you ask permission and place a link to the page they are on. But if you e-mail me, we can discuss other options.

I do not ask for any money to use these, and if I find someone else re-selling them for ANY price, I will take the appropriate steps to stop them. I try to use pictures/graphics that are public domain and if not, and I am notified and shown proof otherwise, I will take them down, or offer credit and/or links (whichever the owner prefers).

For those that would like to create a link to the images, DO NOT link to the image on my site, but rather create a link to the page itself, so you do not overload the server this site is on. Otherwise, I will be forced to change the path of the images to prevent this. And won't those broken images look bad on your site? ;)
