Illinois 184 is a very short north-south route in south-central Illinois. It runs completely in western Franklin County.

IL184's only two intersections are at its northern terminus at IL14 by Mulkeytown...

...And at its southern terminus at IL149, close to Royalton.

IL184 only passes through Mulkeytown.
