Illinois 14 is an east-west route in southern Illinois. It runs from near DuQuoin eastward through Carmi to end crossing the Wabash River into Indiana.

IL148 at Christopher
I-57 near Benton
In downtown Benton, IL14 joins IL37 north at IL34's northern end
IL14 breaks off of IL37
IL142 at McLeansboro
US45 near Enfield
IL14 joins IL1 north at Carmi
IL14 breaks off of IL1 at Crossville
IL14 ends at the Indiana border near New Harmony, Indiana.
Upon crossing the border, IL14 becomes Indiana Route 66.
It passes through these towns: Christopher, Buckner, Benton, McLeansboro, Carmi, and Crossville.
