Our good Father, you reign in heaven
may I be a blessing to your name and honour you always

Your Kingdom is born in us from obedience to your will
teach me to do your will on earth as it is done in heaven

Please give us all enough bread today,
And forgive me for my transgressions
As I forgive those who transgress against me.

Keep me away from temptation And deliver me from evil
