The IAC is directed by a board of Elders. Each Indiana Kindred which wishes may send two representatives to the board. The board and the IAC are presided over by the Drighten, who is elected for life. At the foundation of the IAC, the Drighten was elected by representatives of the three founding Kindreds, Gra Ulfr Hearth, North Star Kindred, and Ravenswood Kindred.

C.L. Hankins II
C.L. Hankins has studied and practiced the faith of Asatru for over 15 years. He is a working Godhi, head of the Rune Ring, and sits on the board of directors for The Troth and the American Vinland Association. He is a well known and noted leader in the Asatru community.

Daniel Frey was the Godhi of the Oakhaven Kindred from 1994 to 1998. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the IAC.
