Chapters 66-70

**Chapter 66**

Within an hour, we had pulled into the driveway at the house. We climbed out and walked into the house. I went straight up to my room and hung my one-strap bag on the door knob to my closet. I grabbed a cd from my huge cd tower, put it into my cd player, and turned my cd player on low. As the first track played, I realized what a mistake it was to put on this cd. I heard, “Monday morning came too soon. I think about you now Layin' in my room. Hearing everything you said. I play it back A hundred time in my head. Then I slip into a dream. The feelin' inside Is ten stories high.” Tears slide down my cheeks as I remembered this was the song that was playing on the radio when I first realized my true feelings for Justin. As the song finished, I wiped away my tears and changed into my pajamas. I listened to the rest of the cd as I realized that each song on this cd had a special meaning towards me and Justin. I went over to my computer that had internet access and turned it on. I quickly signed on and got a browser up. I went to the official Moffatts website and found the perfect E-Card to mail to Justin. I filled in everything and chose ‘Miss You Like Crazy’ as the song. I clicked and in an instant it was sent. After I was finished, I signed off and shut the computer down. I turned out my light and then climbed into bed, quickly falling asleep.

The next morning, I awoke to the phone ringing in my room. I got up and picked it up. “Hello,” I said groggily. “Hey babe, did I wake you?” the voice on the other end said. “Yes, you did sweetheart, but it is ok because I definitely needed to get up anyways.” I stated as I looked at my clock. “OK, good. Late night last night?” he asked. “Yes, actually. Brian took me to a concert last night.” I replied. “Who did you see?” he asked. “I saw…..,” I started. “Wait, why don’t you tell me over lunch?” Justin suggested. “You and me at this nice Italian restaurant, so dress nicely.” “OK, well I better go so I can shower.” I stated. So we said our good-byes. After I hung up the phone, I ran downstairs to get a small breakfast. After eating, I told my mom my plans for the day, which she approve. I put my bowl in the sink and ran upstairs. I searched through my closet to find the perfect outfit to wear out to lunch with Justin. I grabbed out my bandeau top styled baby blue dress and laid it on my bed. I grabbed my matching baby blue platform shoes and put them on my bed next to the dress. I went over to my bureau and pulled out a strapless bra and laid it on my bed. I put my deodorant on my bed as well. I went out and grabbed a towel from the hall closet and then walked through my bedroom, closing the door behind me, to my adjoining bathroom and closed that door as well. I started the water for my shower as I took off my pajamas. As soon as the water was warm enough for me, I climbed into the shower.

**Chapter 68**

After a half of an hour, I had climbed out of the shower and I was drying myself off. As soon as I was dried off, I wrapped my hair up in a towel and walked into my bedroom. I put on deodorant and then strapped on my strapless bra. After I had finished that, I took my hair out of the towel and put on my dress. I strapped my platform shoes onto my feet. I walked into the bathroom to dry my hair and then fix it before I put my make-up on. I looked in the mirror and decided that my hair would look best crimped today. I opened the cabinet under the sink and pulled out my hairdryer and my crimper and laid them on the counter. I plugged in the hairdryer and turned it on. In a matter of minutes, my hair was dry, so I turned the hairdryer off and unplugged it. I brushed and fixed my hair the way it would normally be when I left it alone. Once I had done that, I plugged in my crimper to give it time to heat up. After a few minutes, I was sure that it was ready, so I went into the bathroom and picked it up. I worked on my hair and when I was done, it looked amazing. After I was finished, I sprayed some hair spray onto it to keep it looking nice and I unplugged the crimper and let it sit to cool off. I put on some simple make-up and it looked like I was wearing none at all. After I had finished, I walked into my bedroom and put on the locket that Justin had given me for Valentine’s Day. After that, I put my claddagh ring and my dress watch. I pulled out a pair of earrings and put them on and then, I put a hoop into my cartilage piercing. I finished just as the doorbell rang. “Brianna, Justin is here.” Brian called from downstairs. “OK, I will be down in a minute,” I called as I grabbed my purse. I walked down the stairs and both Brian and Justin whistled when they saw me. “Ready to go babe?” Justin asked. “Yes,” I replied as I walked over to him. He took my hand and we headed out the door.

**Chapter 69**

I felt the car pull to a stop. I looked up and saw that we were at a nice Italian restaurant. Justin got out and walked around. He pulled open my door and held out his good hand to me. I took it as I stepped out. As soon as I was out, Justin shut the door and locked the car. He offered his good arm, which I took and we walked into the restaurant together. We walked up to the door and Justin pulled it open for me. I walked in, with Justin following me. “Hello, I had a reservation under Timberlake for two,” Justin said as he walked up to the reception desk. “Right this way Mr. Timberlake,” the hostess said as she grabbed two menus and started to walk. We followed her to a table that was in a secluded corner of the restaurant. “Sweetheart, I have some great news for you.” Justin said as he sat down. “What’s that babe?” I asked. “They let Joey out yesterday and we will be able to go home soon.” Justin said happily. “Really? That is awesome news for you guys.” I stated. “I know,” Justin replied with a smile. “Any clue on an exact date to when you guys will be heading home?” I asked as I looked over my menu. “About 3 days from now.” Justin stated. “Oh,” I replied, due to the fact that I had been silently hoping that it would be a lot longer than 3 days. “So, tell me about the concert your brother took you to last night.” Justin said. “Well it was a great concert with three acts, one opening and two co.-main acts.” I stated. “Sounds cool so far. Who were the three acts?” Justin asked. “They were Latin boyband C-Note, the amazing duo Savage Garden, and the always amazing European singer Robbie Williams.” I replied. The waitress came and we ordered what we wanted to eat. We talked until she brought our food and we were basically silent throughout lunch, only to break the silence with small bits and pieces of conversation.

**Chapter 70**

We went back to my family’s home, so that I could change before we went to the hotel to hang out with the guys. As soon as we got into the house, I went upstairs to my room to change. I undid my shoes and slid them off. I pulled off my dress and laid it on my bed. I slipped into a pair of hip huggers and a shimmery baby blue tank top. I slipped on my Skechers. I ran a brush through my hair and then braided it into two pigtail braids that laid on my shoulders when I was finished with them. I sprayed on a bit of Tommy Girl Perfume and grabbed my one-strap bag that was hanging on my door knob to my closet. I cleaned it out from the night before and then put some things that I thought I might need later into it. I zipped it up and then strapped it on. After I had strapped it on, I ran downstairs and sat down next to Justin on the love seat. I smiled at my brother, who had been talking to Justin while I had been upstairs changing. “Ready to go back to the hotel sweetheart?” Justin asked me as he stood up. “Yeah, I am.” I stated before getting up. Brian got up as well and shook hands with Justin before walking us to the door. Brian pulled the door open and held it as Justin and I walked outside to the car. Once we reached the car, Justin pulled open my door like a gentleman and then closed it once I was in. After he had done that, he walked around and got into the driver’s side.
