WATERAMA BASH 2004 SUMMARY

~ Backstage, The Fro confronted Scream in his office and demanded a World Heavyweight Title shot! Scream told The Fro he thought he wasn't good enough and informed him he would take part in a 30-Minute Iron Man Match against Shanus instead! Scream then showed The Fro his painting of an upside-down American Flag and asked The Fro's thoughts on it. The Fro left Scream's office a little upset about the iron man match, but very confident in his ability to win.

A grueling battle from start to finish! The Fro had the advantage with the scores Shanus-1, Fro-3, but about 25 mins. into the match, Shanus regressed to his old, dirty tactics and nailed The Fro with a chair shot to the head. That gave Shanus a DQ, making the score 1-4, but Shanus made a come back with two pins after his devastating chairshot, making the score 3-4. With only minutes left, Shanus slapped the ankle-lock on The Fro, but he was able to hold out until the time limit expired and the bell rang. The Fro had won the match, but a disgruntled Shanus kept the ankle-lock on long after the match had ended, practically snapping The Fro's ankle!
WINNER - THE FRO, SCORE 3-4.

Although this match did not last longer than 8 minutes, it was an intense match-up from bell to bell! Many great classic moves like Double H's spin kicks and Violator's chokes were used throughout the match, it looked as though neither competitor could gain the upper hand! Both competitors fought aggressively to earn the right to face BMFn'T for the World Title, but it would be Violator scoring a unique schoolboy after Double H failed to complete a powerful manuever to win the match up!
WINNER - VIOLATOR, #1 CONTENDER FOR HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE

~ After Violator's victory, Shanus came out and complained about how he was cheated out of his win against The Fro and how Double H was robbed in his match as well. He then announced he had talked with Scream and Scream OK'ed a tag match! Shanus and Double H then began to beat down Violator when his brother, The Fro, rushed to the ring to save him!

This was your classic tag match with patented moves on both sides of the ring. Although both teams opened with a lot of aggression, the match tamed down near the middle and end. A few great double-team moves from both sides, but it would Shanus and Double H who would hit their now patented double-reverse DDT followed by a Shanus conquest and a Double H leg drop. Double H covered Violator for the win, and the team of Double H and Shanus began to show signs of unity through their bickering!
