One side makes you bigger... Last month our numbers were not much higher then when we intially formed January 2nd. This month we are at a record high! Although some may call such growth spurts ZERG!, I'll squelch such rumors in the bud. The case being instead that we under went a semi-merger with our allies Testament. Although the merger itself kind of crumbled at the final stages we ended up taking many former Testament members under our wing and welcoming them as new compatriots to our clan. As well, our relations with those who chose to remain in Testament are still amiable and we still consider them allies. In other News we've had some trials (or should I say Trials?) and a few errors. We got off our asses and flagged a good chunk of our 55+ members for PoV/PoS. A few runs through the PoN Maze proved to be some training in coordinating with all the new faces in guild. Then we threw ourselves at Trakanon once or twice and lost all our gear! How it actually went was the server was going down for emergency maintenance and we had been waiting for Mr. Trakanon to cooperate in positioning for well over 2 hours. Twenty minutes before the server drop we went for a Hail Mary attempt on the bridge. 20 minutes didn't prove to be enough time to manage the Protector and golem adds and well... we ate it. Server went down. When the server came back up, lo and behold there were no corpses to summon! Oy! So a day was spent petitioning and waiting for the GM's to come recover our lost booties. All in all it was a survivable event and no permanent damage was done. No more Hail Mary's though ~~ We killed Faydedar for Kliff /coughsnarecough. Congratulations Druid! Talendor fell and and exciting first time kill for Hemlock, Severilous was decimated on a lightning raid! Last night was a quick venture to new Hate. Interesting changes in the Dark Father's realm. Will probably spent a little time XPing up there with smaller groups in addition to the coming weekend PoH raid. Some promotions were in order to help manage our new girth in members. I am happy to announce Hurgar's promotion to Raid Leader and Codil's promotion to Attendance Officer! The help is MUCH appreciated and I can not think of two more qualified candidates! In light of that, we have converted to a new Points System for loot. Look for the updated loot policy soon! Remember! what the Doormouse said, "Keep your head! Keep your head!"
