MIDNIGHT GROOVE MULTIMEDIA is a film, video and record production company started by Mwalim in 1989. The company provides services record labels, independent filmmakers, artists, organizations, corporations, artist management firms and a host of other clients.

MIDNIGHT GROOVE RECORDS provides record production services for labels and artists in the genres of r&b, jazz, rock, acid jazz, hip-hop and house music, including re-mixes. The latest release from the label is Mwalim's underground hit single "Thief in the Night".

MIDNIGHT GROOVE FILMWORKS Offers services in film and video production for a variety of clients. Services include, production development, script and screenplay development, acting coaching, directing, videography and cinematography and editing. Projects have included commercials, informational videos, presentation videos, music videos, documentaries, short films, private events and feature films.
