It is understood and agreed that the deposit(s) will be wire transferred to the above client’s bank within 10 banking days from the time National Financial Company confirms with client’s bank the terms and interest rates.

Any misrepresentations made by the client to either the client’s bank or National Financial Company in this transaction shall call for an automatic penalty of 2% of the amount of the total deposit.  This penalty will be deducted from the retainer fee heretofore paid.

When the deposit(s) mentioned above are confirmed by National Financial Company, this transaction shall be deemed completed to the satisfaction of the client and the retainer fee mentioned above shall be nonrefundable and considered earned by National Financial Company.

If, however, the deposit(s) mentioned above is not confirmed by National Financial Company within 10 banking days, the retainer fee paid above shall be refunded forthwith.
