-After Garlic and Garlic jr. are sent into the "dead zone," the group returns back to normal lives. What ever that is. Son Gohan studies and Chi Chi hires a tutor for Gohan. The teacher tries to whip Gohan to make him work, Chi Chi witnesses this and becomes enraged. She yells out for him to stop and she quickly is surrounded by a red aura. Chi Chi beats the shit out of the teacher and throws him out the window. Vegeta is out shopping at the time (heehee), Klilyn and Kamesinnin are wondering around looking for dates (go fiqure).

Son Gokou finishes his training on Yardat and is flying back to Earth in a ship. A little while later (3 weeks in DBZ), everyone feels a huge power heading towards Earth. Son Gohan thinks its his daddy, while Vegeta is off cursing about him coming back. The large ship appears in the sky but something is odd, the ship looks a lot like Freeza's ship from Namek! Everyone has a shocked look on there face as the the ship lands. Enter Freeza and King Kold! Out steps Freeza (he appears as a cyborg) and King Kold (Freeza's father). Freeza looks around looks up at his father, "This is Earth papa, Son Gokou's planet." Vegeta and Piccolo are about to rush out and attack but a strange light flashes and a teenage boy walks out from the dust.

Enter Mirai Trunks! At first everyone thinks this is Son Gokou but Gohan notices that its stronger than his daddy's!!! King Kold comments on the boy's appearance and offers his assistance in destroying Earth. Trunks looks onward at Freeza. "This is Freeza?" he says, and Freeza thinks that he is so great his name spread throughout the galaxy. "You will die today, you both will," is Trunks' next comment and neither of King Kold or Freeza like this comment. Freeza orders 50 of his soldiers to attack Trunks. Trunks smiles and draws out his sword (Z-Sword)and dashes in. He quickly defeats all of them and leaves one in extreme shock, while the others are on the ground. Freeza kills the surviving soldier and asks the boy who he is. Trunks merely says that there isn't any point on him knowing for Freeza will die anyways.

Bulma asks Vegeta what is going on and Vegeta says for her to shut up. Yamucha shouts at Vegeta for telling her to shut up and Vegeta snaps back "shes an annoying bitch, get over it." Yamucha disagrees and says shes just annoying. Bulma slaps some since into Yamucha while the others watch.

Freeza wonders who this boy is still and asks him if he knows a Son Gokou. Trunks claims he doesn't know him but that he is a great saiya-jin. Freeza smiles and claims that Son Gokou was killed by him. Trunks claims Gokou will arrive shortly after Freeza and King Kold are destroyed. Trunks also comments on there being more than one Super Saiya-jin (the screen then centers on Trunks' face, giving it away). Freeza doesn't believe him and Trunks begins to grin. Trunks screams out and begins to power up. A large yellow aura surrounds him and lightning circulates around them. King Kold asks if this is a Super Saiya-jin, while Freeza looks on frightened. Trunks gives a quick grin and then makes the last power up needed, his hair flashes gold and becomes a Super Saiya-jin. Freeza is then torminted with flashbacks of the battle on Namek. Freeza fires a large blast at Trunks with this saying (Go To Hell!!!, its a famous DBZ line), the beam connects but Trunks stands. Klilyn trys to fly out and Vegeta grabs his leg. After that, they all run off towards the battle field. Trunks stands glowing still and Freeza becomes angry. Taking matters into his own hands, Freeza flys into the air claiming that they will battle Son Gokou in space instead. Trunks still looks on as Freeza launches a massive ball towards the ground. Trunks catches it and throws it into the air, then destroys it. In the cloud of dust, Trunks flys to a nearby cliff and waits. Preparing his Burning Attack. He yells out "FREEZA!!!!" and fires the blast, Freeza dodges it but is sliced in half by Trunks' sword attack! Trunks smiles saying "I told you so" and destroys Freeza with a Ki attack. King Kold is astonished, Trunks lands infront of Kold and prepares to kill him. Kold asks to see Trunks' sword first and Trunks allows it. King Kold smiles and says "you fool!," Trunks merely smiles and preforms another Ki attack on King Kold, leaving Kold in the dust. Trunks grabs his sword and quickly slices King Kold in half then destroys him with a Burning Attack.

Everyone rushes towards the battle field to meet this new warrior. Bulma asks for his name and Trunks doesn't answer, saying that he is waiting for Son Gokou. Vegeta demands an answer from the boy, but is rejected. Vegeta thinks of this boy much like himself a long time ago, stubborn. Trunks claims that Son Gokou won't arrive for another hour and so they break up. Son Gohan pleads with Bulma to let him go to Capsule Corp. because he didn't do his homework. Trunks is offered to come too and he agrees, following Vegeta around first though. Vegeta becomes annoyed by this boy following him around. (heehee)

- Trunks and everyone else wait for Son Gokou's return for an hour and then a round silver ship appears in the sky. Enter Son Gokou! Son Gokou lands and everyone rushes to his side. Bulma asks Gokou if he knows who that boy is. Gokou looks puzzled and answers no. Trunks walks up and tells Gokou that he needs to speak with him in private, so they both fly off into the distance to talk.

Trunks tells Gokou that his name is Trunks Briefs, the son of Bulma and Vegeta! He had come from the future in a time machine that Bulma made. Gokou is surprised at this and asks him to continue. Trunks says that in the future, 2 androids terrorize everyone, all the Z-warriors are killed except Son Gohan and himself. And that Gokou had died earlier on because of a heart disease uncurable at the time. Trunks holds out a bottle to Gokou and says "This is the cure, use it when the time comes." Gokou says thanks and then they both fly back to the group.

Vegeta demands to know what happened on Namek. Gokou just shrugs and says its done with. Klilyn speaks up and says it is more than Gokou knows. Klilyn then explains that Trunks was the one that saved everyone on Earth from Freeza and his father when they showed up again. Trunks killed them both easily. Trunks just nods. Trunks warns everyone that in exactly one year's time, 2 androids will appear and destroy everyone. These androids were made by Dr. Gero, Bulma speaks up saying that why don't they kill Dr.Gero first? and stop all this from happening? Trunks comments on it would effect the future too much, and that they need mearly to be defeated. Trunks says he'll be back in a year to help, and then he flys off.

Everyone else looks around then splits up. Gohan and Gokou train together and Vegeta and Piccolo train solo, Klilyn trains alone aswell as Tenshinhan. After one year, everyone returns to the place Trunks said (the edge of Satan City). Vegeta doesn't appear though, he stole a Capsule Corp. ship(again) and flew into space to train. Gokou and the others wait for Trunks but then there is an explosion in town. Androids 19 and 20 are in the town killing people and wrecking things. Gokou and the others initiate battle with the Androids, but during the middle Gokou has a heart attack and he flys home for the medicine.

Meanwhile Vegeta is in space training at 100x gravity, he heads outside on a meteor and trains against the meteors. During this, he gets hit hard by a large meteor and is almost killed. Vegeta stands up and starts yelling, at that moment, his hair flashes and turns gold. Vegeta has reached Super Saiya-jin! Vegeta, still all bloody, laughs and claims that now he can defeat Son Gokou (he refers to him as Kakarotto though). Vegeta flys back quickly in his ship to Earth. Everyone one else is having a little trouble with the Androids though. All of a sudden there is another explosion and a capsule corp. ship appears.

Enter Super Saiya-jin Vegeta! Vegeta rushes in and kills Android 19 quickly with a "Big Bang Attack". Android 20 (Dr.Gero) flees and isn't seen again (for awhile). Everyone looks at Vegeta stunned as he laughs. Trunks then appears on the site and looks around. Vegeta picks up whats left of Android 19 (the head), and shows it to Trunks, "Is this the So Called Destroyer of the World?" Trunks looks puzzled and says this isn't one of them.
