Harry and Hermione:
Meant to be?
Let's face it, they're perfect for each other. They're already good friends, so we know they would hit it off. Harry has a mysterious power which allows him to conquer Voldemort time and again, and Hermione can conquer basically anything else through her skill and smarts. The two are dedicated to good magic and combatting the evil side. They work well together and seem to understand each other. I think that in the next book a lot more people are going to be realizing that Hermione is a girl, including Harry and Ron. And Viktor isn't going to be around anymore. Besides, he's four years older than her. Isn't that just a little strange? The only problem is with Cho Chang. But we don't really know much about her, other than that she plays Quidditch and that Harry likes her, and I wonder if he himself knows much else... Love at first sight is all very nice, but love for a good reason and through similarities and friendship is better and always lasts longer.
*Tim* was cool enough to point out that Harry and his father are both born from wizarding families, and Lily Potter and Hermione both come from Muggle families! Isn't that perfect?

I would like to point out that at this point, the above rant no longer expresses the opinion of the webmistress. It once did, and it's still a popular opinion, so I've kept it up here... To see my opinions about all the romances in the series, see my Romance in Harry Potter page.
