California Bill May Deal Blow To Video Game Industry

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger may deal a powerful blow to the heart of the gaming industry by signing a bill prohibiting the sale of violent video games to minors. * personal note - Why a minor's parents would give their kids money and let their kids buy and play violent video games without supervision should be the real issue, but that's just me being intelligent. EA Settles Overtime Suit

You can't get something for nothing and EA has finally realized that. Electronic Arts Inc. has settled a class action lawsuit with computer graphic artists looking to receive well deserved overtime payments. You'd think that with as much money as they siphon out of gamer's pockets they would have had the decency to do the right thing in the first place. Ah big business...don't you just love it?
