Dawn's early light Shines as I start my day; The soft glow from heaven, Will surely show the way. Dawn's early light Awakens my very soul; So with God I commune, And the Lord I get to know. Dawn's early light, God's creation displays; Beautiful blooms dance In the sun's golden rays. This is my time To spend with my Lord; His word is enlightening, I never get bored. So, in dawn's early light, Before life is awake; I thank my Savior, And His love I do take.
