Football is the game;
It takes over a home,

Grown men fighting over a ball,
Seems really silly to me;
But I have to admit,
It brings men such glee.

They love to sit and watch,
As men run down the field;
Get the ball to the goal,
But the other team won't yield.

Men train and work for months
To be tough for the bowl;
If your team makes it there,
They have fulfilled their role.

Superbowl Sunday is the big day,
It marks the end of the season;
But it seems they play year round,
For some unknown reason.

But if I have a choice,
Give me a lover of the game;
That would be so much better,
Than him with another dame.
