MY LORD

My Lord is faithful,
My Lord is kind;
He gives me peace,
He eases my mind.

My sins are forgiven,
I have a new life;
That doesn't always mean
I am free from strife.

But my Lord gives me strngth,
He stays by my side;
He gives comfort and peace,
He directs my stride.

Since I accepted my Lord,
My life has been changed;
It's filled with His love,
Grace is now arranged.

I'm still not perfect,
He is still working on me;
But when I get to heaven,
His amazing face I will see.
