NEW YEAR 2014

A new year is headed our way,
I'm praying for a blessed day;
I hope the year is filled with joy,
Happiness fills each girl and boy.

Love must have a strong start,
In those with cold and bitter hearts;
Let illness in all homes be gone,
Let good health last oh so long.


Let sunshine burn away the blues,
And fill our hearts with Your good news;
Teach us how Your way to live,
So our love to others we can give.

Let this year be filled with peace,
On life, let us find a new lease;
Hope we find in the Word of God,
He'll give His blessing, give His nod.

2014 I pray will be blessed,
And we will all find our rest;
When we think of our Savior above,
Let's pass on His unconditional love.
