 Life is filled with sadness,
Life is filled with pain;
But we can find renewal,
Peace of mind can be our gain.
The world pulls at us each day,
It wants to steal our soul;
But we can find renewal,
With God's help, we reach our goal.
In God's Word are the words of life,
Words that guide and bring us peace;
Our souls can find renewal,
And our minds will find a feast.
We have to make a choice,
Will it be God or the world;
God leads to everlasting life,
And evil through the air is hurled.
You can have everlasting peace,
You can find renewal;
But you must reject the world's sin,
The sin that is often so cruel.
Come to our gracious Lord,
Forgiveness is His gift;
In life there is renewal,
His way will provide a lift.
