Oh, little snow bird,
So brave and so strong;
Winter's harsh weather,
Seems to last so long.

You never give up,
You hunt and you peck;
God makes sure you're fed,
On you He will check.

Oh, little snow bird,
You're a symbol to me;
Saying I shouldn't give up,
I should face life bravely.

For, if the Master cares for you,
His love I will surely see;
Life may be harsh,
But I know God loves me.

So sweet little snow bird,
You have a purpose in life;
You shore up our strength,
When facing the day's strife.
