 Sweet joy fills the air of my life,
For, Jesus Christ, my soul has saved;
I am a sinner I will admit,
But He loves me no matter how I behaved.
Jesus bought me with His life,
Unconditional love is His gift to me;
Sweet joy in my soul makes me sing,
"I give my life wholly to Thee."
When I'm in pain and feel alone,
His sweet joy bubbles in my soul;
He lets me know He is here,
He pulls me from the deep black hole.
Hope is forever a precious gift,
And sweet joy makes me sing;
Hope promises a better tomorrow,
I love my Lord and my King.
Life and the devil will bring one down,
If you don't try every trick and ploy;
But, with Jesus you can be victorious,
And He will fill you with sweet joy.
