Bat Boy Playbill

Jim was raised in Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. He attended the American Conservatory Theatre, toured internationally with Les Miserables and made his Broadway debut in The Civil War in 1999. He has done more workshops of new plays and musicals than any actor in the history of the world.

Regional: The Civil War (Houston), All's Well That Ends Well, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night, Pump Boys and Dinettes, Little Shop of Horrors, Dreams of Defiance (Premiere). B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan: Advanced Training Program, American Conservatory Theater. Jim is a proud partner with his Dad (Big Jim) and Mom (Jan), in Old Orchard Music, a music production/publishing company.


The Civil War (Houston) Program

Alley debut; Jim started singing and playing his own music over 25 years ago as a kid growing up in Michigan. He started acting shortly after graduating from the University of MI with a degree in economics. He has since toured nationally and abroad with Les Miserables, and has performed at regional and stock theatres across the country. He is a proud partner along with his father in Old Orchard Music, a music production company.
