Namilyango College has got a very strong academic culture, and it has established a reputation alongside this. The college is fed by some of the most prestigious primary and secondary schools in the country. Through the annual selection exercise, the cream of Primary Level Examination (PLE) and Uganda Certificate of Examination (UCE) are enrolled into the college. Combined with a competitive spirit, adequate facilities and a hard working staff, administartion and supportive parents and a displined environment, an academic culture has evolved so much such that the college has continually performed well in the U.C.E. and U.A.C.E. and is assured of being among the top ten in the national examinations.
