THINGS TO REMEMBER ON A FUNNY FARM . . .
This site is dedicated to the humor in life. I am a step mom of two wonderful and energetic children. Sean is almost 4 and Danielle is almost 3. They have been with us for about two years now and it has been an exciting ride the whole time.
As a former career woman, I had NO CLUE about being a mom, especailly a stay at home one!
What I am beginning to learn is that nothing is normal! You don't look at things the same, because things aren't! Not only am I a step-mom, but I am getting ready to have my first child, and dealing with my husband not being here for it all at the same time.
I think I have settled nicely into the role of marine wife, taking the good with the bad, volunteering, and being supportive of Ted's career goals. I have actually come to enjoy this lifestyle and feel very much a part of the community.
