Format

Amateur championship will be played as "The Promotion Games to 3rd League".
It will be played in two stages:
1st stage will be played by the clubs of the provinces with no professional club in Turkish Leagues.
Two top clubs will gain promotion to 3rd League of 2007-2008.
2nd stage will be played after the 1st stage is completed. This will be played by the clubs of other provinces and the clubs of the provinces which didn't gain promotion at 1st stage.
Six clubs will gain promotion at this stage.

The provinces and their entitled entries at 1st Stage:
2 Clubs: Düzce, Edirne, Kırklareli, Nevşehir
1 Club: Ağrı, Amasya, Ardahan, Bartın, Bayburt, Bingöl, Bitlis, Hakkari, Muş, Niğde, Sinop, Tunceli

The entries of the other provinces for 2nd Stage:
12 Clubs: İstanbul
6 Clubs: İzmir
5 Clubs: Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa, Kocaeli, Manisa
4 Clubs: Aydýn, Kütahya, Sakarya
3 Clubs: Adana, Afyon, Antalya, Denizli, Eskişehir, Hatay, İçel, Kayseri, Konya, Tekirdağ, Trabzon, Zonguldak
2 Clubs: Bilecik, Çanakkale, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Giresun, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, Muğla, Ordu, Rize, Samsun, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Uşak, Van, Yalova
1 Club: Adıyaman, Aksaray, Artvin, Batman, Bolu, Burdur, Çankırı, Çorum, Erzincan, Gümüşhane, Iğdır, Karabük, Karaman, Kars, Kastamonu, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kilis, Mardin, Osmaniye, Siirt, Tokat, Yozgat

The deadline to relay the names of the clubs to play at 1st stage is March 19th.
The deadline to relay the names of the clubs to play at 2nd stage is April 2nd.
