Format

3. Lig plays in three groups.

Three group winners will be promoted to 2. Lig directly after regular season.
Four clubs play play-off games at a neutral venue - 2nd vs 5th and 3rd vs 4th as semifinals and the winners as the final. The final winner in each group will also be promoted to 2. Lig.

The bottom four clubs in each group will be relegated to Bölgesel Amatör Lig.

Head-to head comparison will be applied at the end of the season according to Turkish FA rules.
