Chateau Bordeaux Estate Bordeaux 340/ 776-6611 Out in the middle of the island on Bordeaux Mountain. Good reviews (same owners as Asolare) without the Asian flare. Fine gourmet dining combined with one of the island's most spectacular views. Reservations recommended. Chilly Billy's Lumberyard Café at the Lumberyard Cruz Bay 340/ 693-8708 Breakfast and lunch. Saturday and Sunday eggs Benedict.
