Administered grant programs competitively distributing over three million dollars annually to over two hundred grantees. Managed all aspects of strategic planning; priority setting; timetable, goal, budget, and evaluation design and implementation; training and technical assistance; fund raising and development. Acted as liaison with legislators, national organizations, news media, and the general public.

1986-1991 Social Program Developer, State Agency. Researched funding sources, developed and prepared grant proposals. Coordinated statewide programs, conducted needs assessments and evaluations.
