Payment
I can accept checks and credit cards through PayPal. Payments will go to wool@indianvalley.com. My business name is Spring Beauty Farm.
If you don't want to use PayPal, you can mail a personal check or money order. Send me an email with the items you would like to order and your name and address. I will send you a confirmation email with the total amount due and where to send it.
Shipping and Handling
For items in stock, I will ship within one business day. For items that are out of stock and can be ordered, I will ship within 4 business days. For items that are out of stock and that I can not order from my supplier, I will cancel the order and refund your payment.
If you order one stocking kit, I will send it by first class mail and you can expect to receive it within a week. If you order more than one, I will send it by first class or parcel post depending upon the weight and you can expect to receive it within two weeks.
Returns
I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. You may return an unopened kit for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
