I pray for my cousin who lost her 5 week old baby girl. I hope she can get through all this. Religion I know that not everyone in the club believes in God so if you don't then you don't have to read this part. If you have any questions, note me. Sometimes people find themselves thinking about whether or not God is real. Its very troubling because you feel bad about even thinking such a thing. I've thought it before too, and I felt really bad about it. I prayed for God to give me the answers that I needed. My prayers were answered. What I'm trying to say here is that its ok to occasionally have these thoughts because God will forgive you. You can't control all of your thoughts. If you find yourself thinking troubling thoughts then don't be scared to go to God and ask Him for help. I've never stopped believing in God. I've just been confused before because its easy to get lost in this world. God understands that and will lead you down the right path if you ask Him. Don't let yourself get separated from Him. The path of the Righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, Proverbs 4:18

Here are some general suggestions that may help: massage your skin with a glove or massage brush to increase circulation; apply moisturising cream to the affected area on a daily basis to keep the skin supple; and eat foods that contribute to the overall health of your skin, such as those high in vitamins C and E, zinc and silica. If caught in the early stages, stretch marks can be minimised with over-the-counter moisturising creams. Vitamin E oil, which assists in general skin healing and condition, can reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Vitamin A is also a good emollient, but it's not as effective as prescription Tretinoin, or Retin-A, which attaches itself to receptors on the skin cells and helps exfoliate the skin and form healthy new cells. Though these creams are effective in moisturising the outer skin layer, they can't always penetrate deep into the dermis where stretch marks occur. They also can't completely change a pre-existing skin condition, which is why they work best on stretch marks that are just forming. |

.::Movie Review::. By artpunk_xero (a.k.a Jenn) Dukes of Hazzard Starring Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott, & Jessica Simpson  HILARIOUS!!! In this story of three cousins destined to save their farm (along with other's) from being destroyed by the sneaky, conniving “Boss Hogg”, you will be on the edge of your seat with excitement, and laughing until you can't breath. With help from Daisy Duke (Jessica Simpson), Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson), Pauline (Lynda Carter), and a slew of other wacky characters, Bo (Seann William Scott) and Luke (Johnny Knoxville) Duke take on Hogg (Burt Reynolds), overcoming several chases and other obstacles with their trusty steed- er, car, the General Lee. I won't give too much away about the story because I highly recommend that everyone see it. Whether you're a fan of the original show or never even heard of it, this movie is a great choice for your next Friday night outing, or whatever the case may be. It's laugh-til-it-hurts funny and well worth the outrageous prices we pay for movies nowadays. LOL. Includes: A great cast Sex appeal (C'mon look at Jessica Simpson! .::Healthy Recipe::. by artpunk_xero (a.k.a Jenn) Italian Chicken: Ingredients: 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut in half (to make 8 thinner pieces)-w/ fat removed fat free italian dressing minced garlic (canned/jarred ok) canned peaches (drained) manderin oranges (drained) To Make: Score chicken breasts diagonally (put cuts in the meat w/o going through in order for it to absorb more of the flavors--if unable to do this, its ok). place in a glass casserole dish w/o overlapping. put the italian dressing over the top so its covered w/ extra to absorb. sprinkle the garlic (as much as wanted) over the top. spread the peaches and oranges around the edges of the casserole dish (acts as a garnish and when they cook, they get soggy and can act sort of as a "sauce" for the top). finally, cover w/ tin foil and put in the oven at 350 until cooked all the way through. for the chicken to be a lil crispy on top, take the foil off when nearly done n let cook the rest of the way. Country of the Month - the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago by Verne2_4 Hello there, I am a Lieutenant at the Palace, the club is really cool isn't it? My name is Vernecia and I live in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago which is located in the Caribbean. I live in Trinidad actually, which is one of these magnificant Islands. I love it here it's beautiful magnificent and full of splendor, the sites are so lucious, untouched and just waiting to be explored. Guess what? I would love to share these two intersting Caribbean islands with you! so just sit back, scroll, relax and think about being here! I will discuss both of these Islands with you, first off will be my country, Trinidad and after i'll discuss our sister Island Tobago, you get a two in one package, hahaha!! Trinidad Caroni Swamp Here is a picture of the Caroni Swamp, an area of dense vegetation, many little canals and some lakes, and a rich fauna. The best time to arrive is at the end of the afternoon. You can choose several guides and take a boat ride along the swampy waters in search of the scarlet ibis which is the national bird of Trinidad.
Pitch Lake Perhaps the most curious thing in Trinidad, the Pitch Lake is actually the largest of three existing ones in the world. There is a depression in the landscape, it is an area with some pools, reed, and greyish asphalt. You can find yourself walking on soft asphalt, in which you slowly sink if you stand on one place for too long.
Paria Bay notes In Trinidad there are some attractive beaches in its abundant tropical vegetation. Some of these are readily accessible, but some require a bit of walking to reach them. There is a 30km. stretch of coast where no road has been constructed yet. It is this stretch which deserves some exploration.
Trinidad Beaches Tobago Tobago Rain Forest Reserve The oldest forest reserve in the western hemisphere is located in the central ranges of Tobago. Established in the late 18th century, it is still very much alive, although hurricane Flora destroyed parts of it in 1963. We were lucky enough to find a very knowledgeable guide who took us for a walk in the forest on a drizzly morning after some introductory explanations.
Togabo Beaches Tobago is the small sister island of the country, and at least as far as beaches are concerned, the more beautiful one. Beaches are divided in Caribbean and Atlantic ones, and are nearly all extremely attractive - the tropical paradise beach that everyone imagines. White or yellow soft sand, quiet, waving palm trees, translucent turquiose waters, and all of this comes in almost private beaches.

But be careful, I wouldn't recommend advertising in other peoples clubs like The Palace for example because it is not appreciated by most other Leaders. So what does that leave you with? Post about your club on the Club World post board in the Main Clubs Section! Make sure to always include the link for your club when you post about it anywhere so people can find it! Other places, In your tagbook, Make a question about your club advertising it and asking them to answer if they'd like an invite! Also go to Boards, Random, Join My Club and post about your club there! One really catchy way to advertise, make a banner for your club and place it in your About Me Section in your profile. I know a lot of people may not know how to make banners or how to put them into your profile so if you need help with that bolt note me anytime! Also supply a code to your members for the banner and ask them to place it somewhere in their profiles!! -Tip 2- Don't be like all the other clubs! A way to make your club come out on top is do be different. People don't want to be members of 10 of the same club that don't do to much! Make a theme, have a website, create badges, run contests! I mean yes most clubs have all this but each one does it differently! Be creative!! You can create simple websites that are free at places like freewebs.com and geocities.com . Have theme days and trivia! If you have things for your members to do they'll be more interested in the club! -Tip 3- Invite as many people as you possibly can. When I first started my club I would spend 20 minutes up to an hour on just inviting people to my club. Invite anyone and everyone you can find. The best place to find names is to go to People and click on Most Recent Log-Ins or Newest Members and invite them all!! But be warned, If you send some people more then one invite you may get rude notes. Just ignore these! -Tip 4- Even if no one else posts on the boards/tagbook. Make sure you post something everyday! If you stop being active in your own club just because no one else is active your members will notice this and stop posting too. So keep adding things to your club even if no one else is! Most often your members will notice that you have kept posting and they will join in! -Tip 5- Don't be discouraged by anything!  This month, we will be talking about Cancer. Learning about different cancers, their symptoms, and what causes them can help you save you life. Be aware so that if it ever happens you, you can be diagnosed early. Use the internet to learn more. What is cancer? It is when normal cells mutate and become cancerous as a result. They grow and divide much faster than the normal cells and clump together to form tumors. From tumors, cancer can spread to other parts of the body unless they are benign "non-cancerous". The third most common cancer is colon cancer and rectal cancer. This is caused by not getting enough fiber in your diet. Americans do not eat enough fiber. Make sure that you get enough fiber. Eat many fresh fruits and vegetables. Some other high fiber foods are whole grain breads (substitute that white bread for wheat), all fruits, all vegetables, nuts, and beans. If you are not regular, then you aren't getting enough fiber. The forth most common type is breast cancer. Ladies make sure to do your regular exams once a month and see a gynocologist once every 2 years after the age of 18. Breast cancer is highly treatable if discovered early. Smoking increases your risk for breast cancer. |
A Different Kind of Love By SunRiseRose I have seen soo many different problems and asking for advice and I thought I start doing this tou help out the confused. In every newsletter I pick out the most problem and look it up in "Checklist for Life for teens" and give a few paragraphs of what is in the book that I think will be helpful to eveyone. If you want a copy of this book you can go to Bn.com and get it for about $15 or go to the nearest bookstore. The most asked problem is "Sacrifice" This one I really want to do because my dad is sacrificeing his life and his chance of going home by staying for the rest of his contract (He is doing 18 months over seas). Pages 172-175 "Sacrifice reveals your love. Sacrifice. That's a loaded word-- loades, that is, with all kinds if images, And you never know what kind if image people are thining of when they hear the word. Some people are thinking of sacrifice as a waste: She sacrificed her career just to stay home with all those kids. Others think of it as some kind of loss: He sacrificed his teenage years trying to qualify for the Olympics, and he didn't make the cut. Still others think of dead animals, and there's no need to go there. But what about you? Do you think of sacrifice asa difficult obligation, something with a joyful heart, thrilled that you have the opportunity to let go of something you value for the sake of greater purpose?" (parg. 1) "You know youir love is sacrificial when you can honestly say you are willing to lay down your life for someone else. But it is difficult for most people tp relate to, because most people are nenver in a situation to sacrifice their lives for someone else. It may be more helpful to think of sccrificial love as a willingness to live for pther people by serving them. It;s the kind of love that joyfully gives up something of value--like time or money or even physical eneergy and labor-- for greater purpose of showing the depth of God's love." As you sacrificially give, your actions reveal the God of love to those you serve." (part 4) After reading this it has made me feel better that my dad is staying over seas. He is sacrificeing his time in going home to us and than getting called back. He is staying there to ge a greater reward by staying home for good once he is finished his tour.
