You touch the Magical Leaf...suddenly you feel...eew...you feel really dirty...when you look up, you are on top of a vast hillside. The plantlife here is so lush and green! No, wait, now it's red, orange and yellow...now there's snow everywhere...suddenly it's spring again! This must be Fall Hills, where the Gnomes are supposed to live!
This is Firlingoff. He is just your average Gnome. He likes chasing butterflies and picking dandelions with his sister, Morgit. It sounds silly, but there aren't many things for a boy Gnome to do. The older ones like reading and stuff, but that's way too boring for Firlingoff! After all, he's only 643 years old.
This is Morgit the Gnome. She just loves picking dandelions and chasing butterflies! Especially the really big shiny ones in Illusion Plains. When she's there she can also pet a Unicorn if she wants! She really wants to
ride
one, but they only let the Fairies ride them. It's just not fair, they can already fly, why do they need to ride a Unicorn?
This is Upino the Great Gnome. He is kinda like a ruler to the Gnomes. They all come to him for advice, since hes the oldest. He's about 12,634 years old. He loves to tell stories about when Blue Waters of Pluto was almost new, right after the Wizards created him. Oh, yes, my friends, it was the Wizards who created the Gnomes. The Unicorns were the first things here, they created the Fairies and the Pixies. Then the Wizards and the Dragons came from another world altogether. And then...but you don't want to hear me ramble on...

This is Bob. he is no ordinary Gnome, he is half HUMAN. He gets a lot of teasing for this, especially for his funny name. "Bob! Ha! That sounds like the tree frog's mating call! What's wrong, Bob? Are you lonely? Well, you'll never get Morgit with
that
name!" It's a hard life. He doesn't really like being a Fall Gnome either. He wants to do something else. What he'd really like is to work with one of the Fairies. But who would accept him?
This is Nannope. She is a sweet old Gnome, but she's kinda crazy. She's a good Fall Gnome, but she does some odd things. For instance, she likes to sing strange foreign songs while she works and she makes wierd potions out of honey and sap and stuff. Nobody really knows what the hell she's doing half the time, but she is a good little worker and a really sweet old Gnome.
This Gnome, Lyter, was once a Kion. He joined the Gnomes again after the Great battle was over. He used to be a rather handsome Gnome until the Kions hypnotized him and transformed him into this.

looking at? Well, ok maybe I'm not totally pure yet...I have to go through these really hard trials to be an official member of Blue Waters of Pluto. They say when that's done I might even transform into my old self...
This is Eithenro, the Lazy One. He is always sleepy! Somtimes at night he likes to sneak out and have some fun though...Who knows what he's really doing? He seems so simple, you'd think he wouldn't be capable of doing anything dangerous, but the other Gnomes have been spreading some nasty rumors...
The Ginove Gnomes
The Ginoves were a nice Gnome family that just vanished into thin air! No one knows where they went, but after they left, their pictures appeared on these slabs of marble.
This is the Old Lady Josinne with her husband Mistrello. You can also see Josinne's grandchildren behind her. Many Marble Studiers think they are playing tag, but it is also rumored that they are hiding from some terrible Creature.
Gwendolyn and Igovin, the first and last Swedish Gnomes. They were slightly distant from the other Gnomes, so they rarely came to Story Time at the Great Fire. Their only other companions were their little Gnomelettes, Viv and Kristonsen.
