CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS
47 CFR Sec. 15.239 Subpart B: “The field strength of any emissions within the permitted 200 kHz band shall not exceed 250 microvolts/meter at 3 meters. The emission limit in this paragraph is based on measurement instrumentation employing an average detector. The provisions in Sec. 15.35 for limiting peak emissions apply.”
47 CFR Sec. 15.19 Subpart A, Paragraph 3: “All other devices shall bear the following statement in a conspicuous location on the device: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.”
