Base level attacks
Base attacks are not necassarily weak, they are just basic and some of the easier to perform.

• Ki Beam, a beam of Ki.
• Kamehameha, a strong beam of Ki. Not very big.
• Masenko, a strong beam of Ki formed at your forehead.
• Solar Flare, a flash of Ki that blinds your opponent temporarily.
• Destructo Disk, a disk of Ki. Very concentrated, can cut through most things.
• Final Flash, a slow-moving, strong beam of Ki.
• Big Bang Attack, a one-handed, mid-sized ball of Ki.
• Renzoku Energy Dan, several blasts of Ki in rapid succession.
• Special Beam Cannon, two beams, one shot spiraling around the other for a drilling effect.
• Tri-Form, split into up to 3 copies of yourself. Each form has 1/3 your PL.
• Syougekiha, an small, invisible ball of Ki. Doesn't do much damage, but it goes really fast. Good for blocking attacks and pushing your opponent back.
• Spirit Bomb, (learnable only through King Kai) a large ball of ki formed over your head. Takes a while to charge it up, but it is worth the wait.
• Kaioken, (learnable only through King Kai) a charge-up maneuver. It slowly wears the user down, but gives a large PL boost when used. There is no exact number, but your PL is improved by about 10% and it slowly decreases to normal as you use it.
• After-Image, move faster than sight, leaving an after-image behind. Level 2 Speed techniques needed to learn.
• Rapid Slash, very quick sword slashes that do better than average damage.
• Mega Kick, a very powerful, fast kick.
• Megaton Punch, a very powerful, fast punch.
• Jump Slash, an axe or sword attack. Leap into the air and use the weight of your weapon in the attack.
• Feint Shot, Allows you to shoot while dodging.
• Telekinesis, move things, block attacks, and hit people with your mind.
• Sense, ability to sense enemies over long distances. Also determines enemy power level to an approximate, so you know what you are fighting. Can also determine where someone is when they After-Image, to an approximate. Some Gray Spells aren't as effective when the target knows a certain level of Sense.
• Bakuhatsuha, using your two fingers, you create a radious explosion around you that sends people flying backwards.
• Meditation, a quick energy boosting maneuver, best used while your opponent is trying to recover, or meditating himself.
• Kamekameha, the famous mispronountion of "Kamehameha". The resulting beam is much much thinner, but it is higher concentrated and moves quicker. Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Fusion Ha: Using this dance, any two people can fuse. Both people need to know the move. You can only fuse for half an hour (15 turns), multiple people fusing will unfuse earlier.
• Eye Beam: Shoot two concentrated beams from your eyes. Ki Energy needed to learn.

Advanced attacks
Advanced attacks are stronger and mixed forms of base attacks.

• Chou Kamehameha, a larger, stronger Kamehameha. The Kamehameha and a level 2 skill in Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Double Kamehameha, two one-handed Kamehamehas fused into one beam. Need the Kamehameha and a Level 3 skill in Ki Energy to learn.
• Makoho, a larger, stronger beam of Ki. Ki Beam and a level 2 skill in Ki Energy are needed to learn.
• Dark Destructo Disk, a stronger form of the Destructo Disk, this one can also be controlled by hand signals. You need Destructo Disk and a level 2 Ki Energy Skill to learn.
• Chou Masenko, a stronger form of the Masenko. The Masenko and a level 2 Ki Energy skill are needed to learn.
• Rayon Final, a mixture of the Big Bang Attack and the Final Flash. Both attacks, as well as a level 3 Ki Energy skill are needed to learn.
• Homing Ki Blasts, several Ki blasts that home in on a given target. A level 2 skill in Ki Energy and Renzoku Energy Dan are needed to learn.
• Chou Renzoku Energy Dan, an advanced version of the Renzoku Energy Dan. The blasts are shot quicker and in greater numbers. You must have a level 4 skill in Ki Energy and Renzoku Energy Dan to learn it.
• Multi-Form, enables you to split into 4 copies of yourself, each with 1/4 your PL. Need level 4 in Ki Energy and Tri-Form to learn.
• Crasher Ball, a weak ball of ki. It is bigger, faster, and stronger than the Syougekiha. You need Syougekiha and a level 2 skill in Ki Energy to learn.
• Dondonpa, a small beam of Ki that explodes on impact. Really good for blocking attacks. Level 3 Ki Energy and Syougekiha are needed to learn.
• Super Kaioken, a stronger version of Kaioken. Both can be used while in your transformation. Again, there is no exact number, you get approximately a 25% boost, and it decreases at a much faster rate than Kaioken. B est used for a quick boost during one attack or to win a power struggle. You need a Level 5 skill in Weak Transcendency and Kaioken to learn it.
• Genki Dama, a stronger form of the Spirit Bomb. It can be charged longer and gets stronger faster. You need Spirit Bomb and a level 5 skill in Ki Energy to learn it.
• Geki, a ball of Ki formed at your stomach. You need level 3 Ki Energy, Ki Beam, and Big Bang Attack to learn it.
• Zanzoken, close-mid range teleportation. After-image and (Advanced Speed Techniques or Mid-level Transcendence) needed to learn.
• Energy Shield, a shield of Ki that blocks most weak attacks. Level 3 Ki Energy and Level 3 Defensive Skills needed to learn.
• Hurricane Slash, a large combination of sword slashes that are executed in rapid succession. Advanced Sword Skills and Level 3 Offensive Techniques needed to learn.
• Super Punch, a Megaton Punch powered with Ki. Megaton Punch and Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Super Kick, A Mega Kick powered with Ki. Mega Kick and Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Ki Bullet, shoot a high powered bullet made of Ki. Advanced Gunnery and Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Ki Slash, an axe or sword slash charged with Ki. Ki Energy and the skill for the appropraite weapon needed.
• Pyrokinesis, setting things aflame with the power of your mind. Telekinesis and Ki Energy Level 3 needed to learn.
• Electrokinesis, shooting lightning bolts with your mind. Telekinesis and Ki Energy Level 3 needed to learn.
• Polarkinesis: Gives you the ability to freeze objects with your psychic powers. Telekinesis and Ki Energy Level 3 needed to learn.
• Detect, a higher level of scan. Determines PL of teh enemy, as well as alerts you to oncoming attacks, and takes 1 day off dragonball searching. Senses the location of people who use Zanzoken. Sense needed to learn.
• Ki Sword, make a sword out of concentrated ki. Basic Weaponry Level 2 and Ki Energy Level 2 needed to learn.
• Slicer Beam, and invisible, concentrated beam of Ki that can cut many things. Destructo Disk and Syougekiha needed to learn.
• Serpant's Arrow, a small, very highly concentrated beam of Ki. Can pierce just about anything, need Ki Energy Level 3 and Syougekiha to learn.
• Frieza Beam, a purplish beam, very similar to the Kamehamhea. Ki Beam and Level 2 Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Eraser Cannon, a Ki Beam shot from your mouth. Rather unstable, Ki Beam and Level 2 Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Burning Attack, a ball of Ki that burns on contact. Shot with some bizarre hand movements, Ki Beam and Level 2 Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Psycho Attack: Chaotzu's move. Grab a hold of your enemy and release a mass amount of Ki Energy onto them. Does a hell of a lot of damage, but you'll get hurt too. Level 5 Ki Energy and Level 5 Offense Technique needed to learn.
• Kikoho: Tien's attack. Create a rush of energy upwards from below your opponent. Not very damaging, but good for setups and repelling. Syougekiha and Ki Energy level 3 needed.
• Ren Ki Blast: (not sure about the name, Vegetto used it on Super Buu's Kamikaze Ghosts) Form a small ball of Ki on each finger, then shoot all five at your opponent. Ki Energy level 2 needed.
• Mind Freeze: Concentrate on your opponent and freeze time around you. It takes a high level of concentration and is best used for a quick charging. It gives you a double turn after you use it. Every time you use it it becomes harder to do in that battle. Ki Energy level 4 and Weak Transcendance level 3 needed to learn.
• Energy Ring: Contain a random part of your enemy (dependant upon Acc) in a thick ring of energy. It squeezes inwards, incapacitating them for a few turns. Half Str required to break. Ki Energy level 3, Basic Offense Level 2, and Basic Defense level 2 requried to learn.
• Spin Cut: Make a horizontal spinning slice with added momentum. Jump Slash and Basic Weaponry Level 3 needed to learn.
• *Spin Cut Advanced*: Same as above attack (Spin Cut), only with energy coating the blade and being released in a circular fashion. Ki Slash, Spin Cut, and Ki Energy Level 4 needed to learn. Replaces Spin Cut.

Super attacks
Super attacks are even stronger than Advanced attacks, and are that much harder to perform.

• Final Kamehameha, a very large Kamehameha beam. Final Flash and Kamehameha are needed to learn, as well as Level 2 Advanced Ki Energy.
• Double Chou Kamehameha, two, one-handed Chou Kamehamehas fused into one. Chou and Double Kamehameha are needed, with Level 3 Advanced Ki Energy, to learn.
• Final Bang, a stronger, quicker form of Rayon Final. Level 2 Advanced Ki Energy is needed with Rayon Final to learn.
• Genocide Attack, many, many, rapidly fired, homing Ki Blasts. Homing Ki Blasts, Chou Renzoku Energy Dan, and Level 3 Advanced Ki Energy are needed to learn.
• Split Form, split into up to 8 clones of yourself, each with an equal proportion of PL. Multi-Form and Advanced Defensive Techniques needed to learn.
• Kienzan Disks, stronger forms of the Destructo Disks, and take much less time to charge. Dark Destructo Disk and Level 3 Advanced Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Instant Transmission, automatically teleport anywhere you've been before, including planets. Zanzoken and Level 3 (Advanced Speed Techniques or Mid-level Transcendence) are needed to learn.
• Barrier, a strong shield of Ki that blocks most attacks. Energy Shield, Advanced Ki Energy, and Advanced Defensive Techniques are needed to learn.
• Omni-Slash, a large flurry of wild and deadly blade slashes. Expert Swordsmanship and Advanced Offensive Techniques needed to learn.
• Renzoku Bullet Dan, a rapid firing of several bullets charged with Ki. Renzoku Energy Dan, Ki Bullet, Advanced Gunnery, and Advanced Ki Energy to learn.
• Psychokinesis, a more powerful form of Telekinesis. Advanced Ki Energy and Telekinesis needed to learn.
• Scan, highest level of Sense. Detects the exact power level of you and your opponent, as well as the exact power level of any attacks and your chance at blocking them. Can sense where a person Instant Transmissions automatically. Takes 3 days off dragonball searching. Detect needed to learn.
• Buu Ball: A ball of Ki formed with one hand. It can grow quite large, up to 40 feet in diameter. Advanced Ki Energy Level 3 and Advanced Offense Level 3 needed to learn.
• Buu Buu Volleyball, using rings of Ki, you contain your opponent in a small ball that looks remarkably a lot like a volleyball. You can attack them while they are like this, Gotenks preferred to spike the ball, sending it ricocheting off the battlefield. Galactic Donut and Level 3 Advanced Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Scatter Shot, shoots a volley of Ki Blasts around your opponent, then use your Ki to send them crashing into him one by one. Homing Ki Blasts, Ren Ki Blast, and Advanced Ki Energy needed.
• Super Ghost Kamikaze: Shoot ghost-like copies of yourself out of your mouth. They home in on their target and explode. You can commonly shoot 3 at a time, although Gotenks once tried a 1000 Ghost Kamikaze... needless to say it didn't work very well. Homing Ki Blasts and Level 4 Advanced Ki needed.
• Ki Ball: Brolly's specialty. Form a large-ish ball of Ki in one hand, then punch it with the other, can also be shot with a Ki Beam from the other hand. Crasher Ball and Advanced Ki Energy needed.
• Two-Armed Shot: A large beam of Ki shot from both hands palm down in front of you. Makoho and Advanced Ki Energy level 3 needed.
• Kakusan Ha: A large beam of Ki shoots into the sky, then splits into several smaller beams, that home in on your opponent(s). Makoho, Homing Ki Blasts, and Advanced Ki Energy level 2 needed.
• Finish Buster: A large ball of Ki formed behind your head. While strong, it is hard to throw a ball of Ki from behind your head. Crasher Ball and Advanced Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Ki Ball Energy Dan: Form a Ki Ball (see above) and slam your fist into it. It explodes into many many small Ki Blasts that 'rain' down at your enemy. Ki Ball, Renzoku Energy Dan, and Advanced Ki level 2 needed.
• Exploding Ki Ball: Form a small ball of Ki. The ball explodes much larger than normally, very good for blocking attacks. Crasher Ball, Dondonpa, Offense level 4, and Advanced Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Suicide Bomb: Normally used by Chaoutzu. You grab a hold of your opponent like with Psycho Attack and release enough energy to blow yourself up. If it comes down to this in a battle, the STR of it will be multiplied by 3. Psycho Attack, Level 3 Advanced Ki, and Level 3 Advanced Offense needed to learn.
• Hokaku Kyodan: Contain your opponent in a ball of Ki. You can beat them around and stuff, but if you hit them too hard it will explode. If you just leave them in this state they will also explode in 1 turn. Level 2 Advanced Ki, Level 3 Advanced Offense, and Psycho Attack needed to learn.
• Yamcha Bomb: Very similar to the Spirit Bomb, except you only pull the energy from your person; not the universe/planet. Level 2 Advanced Ki and Crasher Ball needed to learn.
• Time Stop: Freeze your opponent in a pocket of time. You get anywhere from 2-5 turns (depending on the roll). Using this attack any more than once in a battle would be very risky, as it becomes increasingly hard to do. Advanced Ki Level 3, Mid Transendance Level 2 and Mind Freeze needed to learn.
• Finger Blast: Form a good-sized ball of Ki in front of your extended forefinger and release it in a large blast of energy. Serpant's Arrow, Makoho, and Advanced Ki Energy Level 3 needed to learn.
• Galactic Donuts: A series of three Energy Rings which are smaller, but no less the strength. Half Str needed to break each, for a description of the rings' information, see Energy Ring. Advanced Ki Energy Level 2, Advanced Offense and Advanced Defensive Skills Level 2 needed to learn. Energy Ring also needed to learn.
• Galactic Halo: A large energy ring, much more powerful than the Energy Ring and can, if strong enough, cut your opponent in two. More likely, it will just break some bones or something, requires double the Str to break. Advanced Ki Energy Level 3, Advanced Offense Level 3, and Energy Ring needed to learn.
• Doryoku Rings: A beam path of energy rings, like a line of rings shooting outwards from your hand. (like Special Beam Cannon with the central beam removed). The rings explode on contact. Advanced Ki Energy, Special Beam Cannon, and Energy Ring needed.
• Energy Volley: With a swing of your arm (or leg in some cases, better watch out when you water the flowers) you throw a wave of thin energy beams at your opponent. The beams explode on contact and are rather spread out, so might be better used on a group. Advanced Ki Energy, Slicer Beam, Serpant's Arrow, and Renzoku Energy Dan needed to learn.
• Dragon's Breath: Reel back, then throw your head forward and release a blast of fire in flamethrower form. Fire Magic is not required to learn it, but it does increase its potency. Advanced Offense Level 3 and Eraser Cannon needed to learn.
• Shouten Toushi: Using your experience and inner power, increase your fighting spirit to enhance your focued strength and speed (by 10% and 10 points) for several turns. Mid Transcendance Level 8, Advanced Offense Level 7, and Advanced Speed Level 7 needed to learn.
• Rakuhouha: Swing your sword while releasing fan-like energy; maximum range 180 degrees. The energy is very resilient and goes a long way. Advanced Ki Energy, Advanced Swordsmanship Level 2, and Ki Slash needed to learn.
• Raijingeki: A thrusting technique in which your sword in covered in electricity. (Electrokinesis or Wind Magic Level 1), Ki Slash, and Advanced Swordsmanship needed to learn.
• Ryuenjin: A flaming uppercut with your sword. With enough driving force behind this attack, your sword could slice through some obstacles like a "hot knife through butter". (Pyrokinesis or Fire Magic Level 1), Ki Slash, and Advanced Swordsmanship needed to learn.
• Hyoretsuzan: Best used while falling; encases your blade in sharp, heavy ice which shatters upon impact. (Polarkinesis or Water Magic Level 1), Ki Slash, and Advanced Swordsmanship needed to learn.
• Kuuenzan: An aerial spincut, whose energy is thick and in enough ammounts to form a rudimentary barrier of energy around you while simultaneously making a close range attack. Spin Cut Advanced, Energy Shield, and Advanced Swordsmanship Level 4 needed to learn.
• Hienkyaku: While in air, a sharp dash in a certain direction while making a momentous slash. Jump Slash, Rapid Slash, Advanced Swordmanship, and Advanced Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Tenkuuha: A vertical slash-formed shield, good for deflecting projectiles. Ki Slash, Energy Shield, and Advanced Swordsmanship needed to learn.
• Shippuga: A fast, strong, dashing slash. It works exceedingly well for starting slash combinations. Advanced Swordsmanship, Advanced Speed, and Rapid Slash needed to learn.

Ultra Attacks
These are the strongest and hardest to perform attacks on this site.

• Big Bang Kamehameha: Gogeta's signature. Form a ball of Ki in front of you, then blast a beam of Ki with it through Kamehameha form. Expert Ki Energy Level 2, Big Bang Attack, and Kamehameha needed to learn.
• Megaru Kamehameha, a gigantic Kamehameha wave. All the previous forms of the Kamehameha are needed, as well as a level 3 skill in Expert Ki Energy to learn.
• Chou Genki Dama, a Genki Dama that has the ability to be charged to it's fullest potential, by getting energy from the entire universe. Genki Dama, and a Level 2 skill in Expert Ki Energy are needed to learn.
• Barrier Blast, a radius explosion of your Barrier. It will not harm you, but it tires you out. The time your opponents may take to recover from the blast may be used to charge up lost energy. Barrier, Expert Ki Energy, and Expert Defensive Techniques are needed to learn.
• Chou Omnislash, an Omnislash charged with Ki, complete with large explosions, powerful slashes, and lots and lots of damage. Omnislash, Master Swordsmanship, and Expert Ki Energy needed to learn.
• Explosive Teleportation, like Instant Transmission, except each time you teleport, you create a large explosion of Ki at your previous position. You should be careful not to teleport close enough that you would be in the blast radius ;) Instant Transmission, (Expert Ki Energy or Super Transcendency), and Expert Offensive technique needed to learn.
• Dragon Punch, a very powerful, charged uppercut. If you don't hit your opponent with it automatically, you have a little while longer before the energy dissipates. Super Punch, Genki Dama, Super Kaioken, Advanced Offensive Techniques, and Expert Ki Energy are needed to learn it.
• Mega-Kinesis, a very powerful, deadly mind power. Can cause explosions, implosions, and can warp the very fabric of space and time... to a point. Too much space/time warping can lead to exhaustion. Psychokinesis, and Expert Ki Energy Level 2 needed to learn.
• Genki Dama Heal, using the cosmic energies of the universe, you can change your wounds back to normal, utterly healing every injury on you. Takes a while to charge, (Expert Defensive Skills or Super Transcedency), Level 5 Holy Magic, Expert Ki Energy, and Genki Dama needed to learn.
• Gallic Ho: A huge beam of Ki formed with your own aura. Takes a good time to charge up, but is well worth the wait. Two-Armed Shot, Expert Ki Energy level 3, and Expert Offensive Technique needed to learn.
• Extinction Attack: Shoot a humongous beam into the air that immediately splits into hundreds of small, homing beams. The longer you hold it the more beams you shoot, but it drains your energy more and more. Genocide Attack and Expert Ki Energy level 2 needed to learn.
• Death Ball, a large, red ball of immense power. Has the potency to destroy planets, although I doubt Kronotross would let anyone try O.o Buu Ball, Expert Offense, and Expert Ki Energy Level 2 needed to learn.
• Ultimate Final Skill: Used by Vegeta on Buu. You focus on Ki and expel all of it at once. If you have enough PL, your body won't be able to handle it and you will explode in a great rush of energy. You are, obviously, killed by this. Your opponent will most likely die too (being it has a 10x STR multiplier) unless they are DAMN strong, or you are damn weak. Suicide Bomb, Level 4 Expert Ki Energy and Level 3 Expert Offense needed to learn.
• S.S. Death Bomber: Used by Android 13 several times against Goku. A small, red sphere surrounded by spiraling, electric energy. It can be used either as a solid object to squeeze your opponent against a wall with, or a volatile explosive. Finger Blast, Buu Ball, Expert Ki Energy Level 3, and Expert Offense Level 2 needed to learn.
• Ryuusei: A large ball of energy, formed out in space for relatively easier charging. Blast it down through the atmosphere, making a tail of energy behind it and an aura of energy around it to help prevent ozone damage/blocking and normal blocking. It hits the opponent with a large explosions which is contained in a relatively small space. Ki Ball, Psychokinesis, Barrier, Advanced Ki Energy Level 7, Advanced Offesne Level 6, and Mid Transcendance Level 5 needed to learn.
• Fushichou Arashi: Blasts of energy shoot out in all eight cardinal and sub-cardinal directions. They quickly reach the ozone, exploding into raining, high-gravity energies. These energies explode upon reaching the ground; the entire process takes only a few seconds. Expert Ki Energy Level 3, Advanced Offense Level 8, Kakusan Ha, and Ki Ball Energy Energy Dan needed to learn.
• Thundering Combo: Start off this sword-strike combination with a horizontal slash. As the opponent recovers or moves to counter, quickly spin and execute a thrusting lightning attack. Follow that up with two quick spinning cuts, then a massive flaming upwards slash; as you drag your opponent up into the air, slice him with three to seven cross-slashes, finishing all of this up with a heavy, falling Ice Slash. Upon arrival to the ground, you are open to use another attack of your choice following your onslaught. Spin Cut Advanced, Ryuenjin, Raijingeki, Hyoretsuzan, Expert Swordsmanship Level 3, Expert Ki Energy Level 3, and Expert Offense Level 3 needed to learn.
